This house, located in the private hamlet of 20 000 sq km, is the perfect haven of peace and calm to spend time with your friends and family in order to reconnect with the essential pleasure of nature.
You will enjoy watching your children run and play in this unspoiled nature.
You will enjoy discovering the surrounding hills during many walks along the vineyards accessible from the house, or simply relax during a walk in the Hamlet.
The shaded north side terrace is ideal for lounging on large tables at lunchtime.
On the other side of the house, the suspended south-facing terrace is the ideal place to stay after a long day at the beach, and to have an aperitif, dinner and evening under the stars.
Whether you love nature or want to discover the local culture by visiting villages like ST-TROPEZ, RAMATUELLE, GASSIN, GRIMAUD, or you prefer to lie down, on the hot sand, all day, on the beautiful and world famous beaches of Pampelonne or la Nartelle, you will be delighted.

5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds).
In the completely renovated house, you enter through a spacious living room with TV corner, often intended to accommodate children and teenagers and on the same level there is a bedroom with a bathroom.
On the first floor, you will have a bedroom with a king size bed with a small bathroom (sink and hip bath), an independent functional and bright kitchen, open directly to the terrace and to the living room, and finally to a magnificent bathroom with two sinks.
The icing on the cake with the two beautiful terraces overlooking the hills on either side of the living room!
The sleeping area continues on the second level with a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a Queen size bed and the very spacious master bedroom with a King size bed!
Parking: You have two spaces in front of the house and a few additional spaces slightly below.
