In the accommodation there are two wall mounted air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom and a mobile unit on the mezzanine.

In the residence, you can enjoy a magnificent collective swimming pool, a tennis court, pétanque and volleyball court!

Plan de la Tour is a peaceful little village surrounded by pine and oak forests, it is a starting point for superb hikes.
The Plan de la Tour has all the shops necessary for daily life; excellent butcher in the center of the village, 2 bakeries, pastries, an old barn on the main street where you can find excellent local fruits and vegetables,
2 mini markets, 2 wine cellars, a hardware store, a newsagent, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants, the weekly Thursday market with all local producers (poultry, eggs, fruit and vegetables, goat cheeses, etc.)
 
The beaches are 15/20 minutes away, in Sainte Maxime, you will enjoy all the activities: beach, water sports, fine wines and restaurants, weekly market on Tuesday and Friday, “Aqualand” water park, “Accrobranche” adventure park for the pleasure of young and old.
