Nestled at the top of the residence, you will access the communal swimming pool either via a funicular that will delight the little ones, or on foot for the more athletic.
This residence also offers laundry facilities and bicycle storage.
And a path will guide you from the pool to the sea.

You will be a few minutes from the center of Sainte-Maxime and near the famous coastal villages (Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle and Gassin).

Main Features :
The accommodation with a capacity of 4 people is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a 140 cm sofa bed, an 11 m² mezzanine with a 140 cm bed, a shower room with separate wc, a large terrace with magical view of the big blue.

Next to the residence, a tennis court is open to everyone.
For your parking, you can park near the apartment while unloading, then you can park outside, at the bottom of the residence, in parking spaces provided for this purpose (tennis parking for example ).
At the Clos de la Madrague, the atmosphere is calm and the view is clear. No view of the parking lots! Which is very significant.


There are numerous activities and shops nearby: scuba diving, water skiing, jet skiing, sea shuttles to Saint-Tropez, Provencal markets, evening entertainment in Sainte-Maxime, Casino and children's activities throughout the summer season.
